Natural Kraft Paper Sticker Label
The stock is made from 100% post and pre-consumer waste recycled materials. It should be recycled with paper. Use it for candle labels, to-go labels, CDB labels and more, clothing labels, etc.
We print on award winning energy saving HP Indigo digital printers using toner ink TUV Austria Certified for Industrial and Home Compost. The adhesive is water-based emulsion acrylic which has not been certified compostable.

Adhesive
Cold Temperature Water-based emulsion acrylic. Good for wet/cold on bottles in ice buckets. It is not certified compostable.
Why don’t we offer certified compostable adhesive? There are just too many issues with the compostable adhesives. In the past we had labels with compostable adhesive but too many of our customers called about labels that wouldn’t stick, or would curl at the edges or the labels simply fell off a few weeks to months after being applied to their packaging! Labels falling off containers is not a viable option. We’re working with our supplier to develop a strong, aggressive Certified Compostable adhesive with a shelf life of one year. However, in the mean time we are sticking with water-based adhesives.
Ink
We print on award winning, energy saving HP Indigo digital printers. We use inks certified by TUV Austria for compostable labels.

Look & Feel
It is brown and shows speckles from the recycling process. It has the feel and look of a brown grocery bag. Earthy and natural label look.
What most printers don’t tell you
The stock is thick, like a brown grocery bag and large labels may have trouble sticking to flexible packaging (such as a coffee bag). You definitely want to test if you have flexible packaging.
Be careful with art as it may get ‘lost’ in the speckled brown kraft background.
